No refunds once you have signed up
Once you have signed up for a tournament, your entry fee is non-refundable. This applies whether you pay by card or by EFT, and whether or not you end up playing — for example if you cancel, do not arrive, arrive late, or are unable to attend for any reason.
Entry fees go into the prize pool and towards running the event, and your place is held for you from the moment you sign up, which is why we cannot return them.
If E-Kings cancels
If we cancel a tournament, or cannot run it, you will be offered a refund of your entry fee or a transfer to another event. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act.
Entries made in error
If you were charged twice for the same entry, or a payment went through by mistake, email admin@ekings.co.za with your gamer tag and payment reference and we will correct it.
